Change to the 2021 Corporate Events Calendar

Milan, September 1, 2021 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), discloses, pursuant to art. 2.6.2, paragraph 1, lett. b) of the Regulations of Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. that, compared to what was announced in the calendar of corporate events 2020 previously released, the approval Half-year consolidated financial report as of 30th June 2021, scheduled for Monday, September 13, 2021, was moved up to Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

• 7 September 2021 – Board Meeting Approval Half-year consolidated financial report as of 30th June 2020
• 11 November 2020 – Board Meeting Interim management statement of third quarter consolidated at 30th September 2020
