New five-year contract signed for a value of about Euro 3.7 million for Secured Cloud services with a leading Italian company in legal and tax services

Milan, 7 November 2023 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the leading European players in the market of Cloud Computing services for enterprises, focused on the provision of continuous Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications, has signed a new five-year contract, extending the existing one, for a total value of approximately 3.7 million euros , of which 2.2 million euros for new Premium Cloud services, with an extension of the perimeter and adoption of the Secured Cloud model, with a leading Italian company (the "Customer"), specialised in the provision of legal and tax services.

The Customer chose WIIT, for the next five years, confirming the partnership already active and consolidated over the years for Cyber Security services to protect its data, processes and endpoints with Enterprise SOC, physical perimeter and logical security services. Furthermore, the Customer has reaffirmed its trust in WIIT and in its ability to deliver highly competitive services and solutions with a very high security profile, extending the collaboration with the aim of enabling a transition to a Secured Cloud model alongside a partner of the highest technological profile.

The new scope of the contract envisages the activation of a service model transformation process, in which all of the Customer's most critical applications will be housed within WIIT's European Data Centre network, in order to guarantee maximum resilience with the highest possible level of security and certification. It is a multi-region Premium level coverage model that will allow the management and hosting of systems requiring high reliability in the Premium area of the north-west of Italy, in the Milan metropolitan area, which boasts two Tier IV certified Data Centres by the Uptime Institute, to which will be added the Disaster Recovery service in the third Tier IV Data Centre in Düsseldorf, Germany.
