New version of the company By-Laws filed at Companies Registration Office and publication of documents
Milan, May 25, 2021 – WIIT S.p.A ("WIIT" or the "Company"; WIIT.MI), a leading European player in the Cloud Computing market of enterprises demanding uninterrupted Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications, announces that the new version of the WIIT By-Laws was filed today at the Milano-Monza-Brianza-Lodi Companies Registration Office, which includes the amendments approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of May 5, 2021 (the "Shareholders' Meeting").
The updated By-Laws, in its clean version and with the amendments approved by the Shareholders' Meeting indicated, are available to the public at WIIT's registered office, as well as at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (); the clean version of the By-Laws can also be consulted on the Company's website (www.wiit.cloud), in the "Company - Governance" section.
The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting was also published, which is available to the public at WIIT's registered office, on the Company website (www.wiit.cloud), in the section "Investors - Shareholders' Meeting", and on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
