Director resignation

Milan, August 29, 2022 - WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), a leading European player in the Cloud Computing market of enterprises demanding uninterrupted Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications, announces that today Mr. Stefano Dario, non-executive director of the Company, has resigned as a director of WIIT, with immediate effect, for personal reasons and having considered also the completion of Matika S.p.A.'s integration into the WIIT Group.

Based on the communications made to the Company and the public, as of the resignation date, Mr. Stefano Dario holds, directly and indirectly through Dar Fin S.r.l., 329.660 WIIT shares.

As of the resignation date, Mr. Dario was not a member of any internal board committee. It is also confirmed that there are no indemnities or other benefits payable as a result of his conclusion of office.

WIIT expresses its heartfelt thanks to Mr. Dario for his hard work and commitment in executing the role.

The Board of Directors meeting of the Company scheduled for September 13, 2022 to approve the consolidated half-year financial report at June 30, 2022 shall appoint a new board member by cooption to replace Mr. Dario.
