WIIT S.p.A.: IGOR BAILO APPOINTED NEW COO

Milan, November 23, 2020 - WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0004922826; WIIT.MI) announces the appointment of Igor Bailo as the WIIT Group's new Chief Operating Officer. peThe appointment follows the agreed assessment made with the current COO, Riccardo Mazzanti, that a new COO should take on the role.

Igor Bailo, born in Oderzo (TV) on September 2, 1971, graduated with honours in management engineering from the University of Padua and has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Igor Bailo began his career in 1998 at McKinsey & Company, gaining extensive experience in business integration and performance improvement across a range of sectors. After entering the finance sector, between 2006 to 2017 he undertook increasingly more senior IT and operations roles at a number of domestic and European banks. In 2017 he joined the CSE Group, a leading Italian IT outsourcer, as General Manager of CSE Consulting, a key role in the management of Group client "digital transformation and business evolution" initiatives.

As Chief Operating Officer of WIIT, Bailo will lead the Group's integration and international expansion, overseeing the consistent and innovative development of the operating model across Europe and will take over the duties of the current COO, Riccardo Mazzanti, on the completion of the handover period by the end of Mazzanti's current term as Chairman and Board member of the Company (and therefore from the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the 2020 Annual Accounts).

As of today, Mr. Bailo holds 190 WIIT ordinary shares.
