Press release Randstad Holding in preliminary discussions with Vedior

Randstad confirms that it is in preliminary discussions with Vedior, which, if successfully concluded, could lead to a combination of Vedior and Randstad. There is no guarantee that these discussions will lead to an offer being made for Vedior. If and when an offer is made it will include a significant equity component. Randstad and Vedior will provide further details if and when required.
