Randstad joins forces with EmmayHR in India

Randstad Holding nv announces that it has agreed with shareholders of EmmayHR to purchase 51% of the company's shares, with the intention to purchase the remainder of the shares over the coming years. EmmayHR, a top Indian HR provider in recruitment, selection and training with some 120 employees, will give Randstad excellent representation in India.

In the rapidly developing Indian market, recruitment is a key service, and the acquisition of EmmayHR gives Randstad a foothold in that growing sector," says Ben Noteboom, CEO Randstad Holding.
