Press release Robert Jan van de Kraats nominated for OCI Board of Directors and appointed to Monitoring Commission Corporate Governance Code

Randstad Holding nv announces that Robert Jan van de Kraats, CFO and vicechairman of the Executive Board, has been nominated for appointment as an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of OCI N.V. for an initial 4-year term. This appointment will be on the agenda of OCI's general meeting of shareholders in 2014.

Furthermore, Henk Kamp, Minister of Economic Affairs, has appointed Robert Jan van de Kraats to the new Monitoring Commission Corporate Governance Code. The assignment of the commission is to oversee the compliance of the Dutch corporate governance code, signal potential gaps and ambiguities and stay in tune with international developments in corporate governance. The monitoring commission is appointed for 4 years and reports on an annual basis to the departments of Economic Affairs, Finance, and Safety & Justice.
