Appointment Tex Gunning at AkzoNobel

Randstad Holding nv and Vedior N.V. announce that Tex Gunning will join AkzoNobel on September 1, 2008 as Managing Director of the Decorative Paints business.

Tex Gunning joined Vedior N.V. in 2007 as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Management. Since the announcement on Randstad & Vedior combining their activities in December 2007, Mr. Gunning has been responsible for leading the integration process of the two companies. He will continue in this role until the end of August.
