Randstad Holding nv intends to nominate Mrs. Giovanna Kampouri Monnas for appointment at the next General Meeting of Shareholders as a member of the Supervisory Board of Randstad Holding nv. The next Annual General Meeting will be held on May 10, 2006.

Mrs Monnas is former President of the International Division and member of the Executive Committee of Joh. Benckiser GMBH. Prior to that, she had fulfilled various marketing positions in Procter & Gamble. She has extensive experience in international general management and in global brand marketing.

A Greek national living in France, Mrs. Monnas is active as an independent consultant. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of TNT nv. She is also member of the International Academy of Management.

The Supervisory Board warmly welcomes her and looks forward to benefiting from her considerable international experience.
