5. DELIBERAÇÕES : Após a apresentação e discussão, os diretores da Sociedade, de forma unânime, aprovaram integralmente e sem reservas, as demonstrações financeiras especiais da Sociedade elaboradas de acordo com as Normas Internacionais de Relatório Financeiro emitidas pelo International Accounting Standards Board - IASB -, aprovadas pela Resolução Técnica nº 26 da Federación Argentina de Consejos Profesionales de Ciencias Económicas - FACPCE -, a fim de serem tomadas como base para a avaliação proporcional, pelo método do valor do patrimônio líquido, da participação detida pela sociedade controladora na Sociedade, apresentadas em pesos argentinos, a moeda de apresentação, de acordo com a Resolução nº 562/09 da CNV da República Argentina, relativas ao período especial encerrado em 30 de junho de 2025 e iniciado em 01 de julho de 2024, as quais se encontram arquivadas na sede da Sociedade.

6. ENCERRAMENTO : Nada mais havendo a tratar, foi oferecida a palavra a quem dela quisesse fazer uso e, como ninguém se manifestou, foi encerrada a reunião, lavrando esta ata, a qual, lida e achada conforme, foi aprovada e por todos os presentes assinada.

We will bill you for any fees at that time, if any.

We do not need any other information from you to withdraw consent.. The consequences of your withdrawing consent for online documents will be that transactions may take a longer time to process..
