The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the "Company", "theIssuer") informs that on 22 April 2026 it was informed that one of thelargest hospitals in Sweden (the "Ordering Party") had selected theoffer submitted by the Issuer's partner from Sweden (the "Partner") asthe most advantageous in the tender procedure conducted by the OrderingParty. In connection with the selection of the Partner's offer as themost advantageous, the Issuer became aware that the Partner hadconcluded an agreement with the Ordering Party for the delivery andimplementation of the HomeCare solution for a period of 5 (five) years.As part of the above solution, the Issuer, acting within the frameworkof its cooperation with the Partner, on the basis of the offer submittedto the Partner by the Issuer, will be responsible for the integration ofthe Ordering Party's systems with the Issuer's solutions, including theDeepRhythm Platform (DRP) cloud software, as well as for the delivery ofPocket ECG devices.
The estimated value of the benefits attributable to the Issuer over aperiod of five years is EUR 1,500,000.00 and includes the sale of 250Pocket ECG devices supplied to the Partner by the Issuer and theperformance of 65,000 daily examinations, in accordance with the offersubmitted by the Issuer.
The Issuer considered the above information to constitute insideinformation due to the significant value of the Company's offer,accepted for implementation by the Partner within the framework ofcooperation with the Partner related to the execution of the order, andits potential impact on the Issuer's future financial and businessposition.
