With reference to current report No. 20/2026 dated May 22, 2026, theManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby provides, in the attachment, theSupervisory Board's report on the remuneration of the members of theManagement Board and the Supervisory Board for the financial year 2025,together with the statutory auditor's report, as well as thedocumentation submitted to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Companyconvened for June 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
