The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;)informs that on September 4, 2023 the Company concluded an agreementwith the Marian Zyndrama - Kościałkowski Independent Public Health CareInstitution of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration inBiałystok(_quot;ContractingAuthority_quot;)in connection with theselection of the Company's offer as the most advantageous in the publicprocurement procedure number: DZP.2347.1.2023 for the Supply ofequipment, medical equipment and equipment for the Cardiology Departmentwith associated laboratories and OINK, in part I of the order concerningPackage No. 1, of which the Company informed in current report No.21/2023 of August 23, 2023 (_quot;Agreement_quot;).

The subject of theAgreement is thesupplyof devicesas part of Package No. 1 - ArrhythmicDisturbance Diagnostic System using 50 pcs. Holter recorders with onlineaccess to results and continuous ECG recording - 50 pcs. The value ofthe total remuneration specified in the Agreement related to theperformance of the contract is: PLN 700,500.00 net, i.e. PLN 800,115.00gross.

The publicprocurement Agreement was concluded in accordance with the templateconstituting Attachment No. 3 totheTerms of Contract (SWZ)- consolidated text afteramendments 14.07.2023 (SWZ), constituting an attachment to this report.In matters not covered by the Agreement, the provisions of the CivilCode and the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019 (i.e. Journalof Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended) and executive acts to the Actshall apply.
