The Management Board ofMedicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;)informs about the intention to conclude an agreement for the supply ofdevices for continuous telemetry as part of the project Silesian DigitalMedical Platform eCareMed - telemedicine in the field of telecardiologyand teleneurology in GCM: Silesian Digital Medical Platform eCareMed -Telemedicine and medical data mining (along with the task entitledinclusion of teleoncology services of the University Clinical Center tothe Silesian Medical Platform eCareMed and the task of includingtelecardiology and teleneurology of the Prof. Leszek Giec Upper SilesianMedical Center to the Silesian Digital Medical Platform, Zad. 1 -Continuous telemetry), in connection with the selection of the Company'soffer as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure.

At the same time, theManagement Board of the Company informs that on August 7, 2023,information was published on the selection of the Company's offer in thepublic procurement procedure in an open tender, of which the ContractingAuthority - Prof. Leszek Giec Upper Silesian Medical Center of theMedical University of Silesia in Katowice (_quot;Contracting Authority_quot;)informed on the website in the Information on the selection of the mostadvantageous offer and Contractors who submitted bids,_#160;published at:https://gcm.logintrade.net/zapytania_email,132147,7612a8d248df19e41a8eb07f838841fa.html

The offer submitted bythe Company (Contractor) obtained the highest number of points accordingto the criteria (price, deadline for performance of the contract)indicated in the Tender Specifications.

The amount that theContracting Authority intends to allocate to finance the contract: PLN1,789,857.00 gross.

Offer validity date: 18October 2023.
