ManyDev Studio SE (_quot;Company_quot;)hereby informs that on December 10th, 2022 it received a notificationsubmitted pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering and theConditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganized Trading and on Public Companies, on a change in the hithertoheld share of over 10% of the total number of votes by at least 2% ofthe total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company, by thecompany's shareholder - PlayWay S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw, the content of which the Company attaches to this report. Theabove change in the share in the total number of votes resulted from theregistration of 1,600,000 series I ordinary bearer shares of the Companyby the National Depository for Securities on December 8, 2022.
