The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe "Company") hereby announces that on February 18, 2026, the Companyreceived a declaration of resignation from a member of the SupervisoryBoard, Mr. Karol Trel, as a member of the Supervisory Board and a memberof the Audit Committee, effective February 20, 2026. According to theresignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
