Resignation of the President of the Company's Management Board

Legal basis: art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering -current and periodic information

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe "Company") hereby announces that today, i.e. on January 23, 2026,the President of the Management Board, Mr. Robert Szmitkowski, submitteda statement on his resignation from his position and membership in theManagement Board, with effect from February 20, 2026, as the dayfollowing the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened forFebruary 19, 2026.

According to the content of the resignation, it was submitted for thepersonal reasons.

Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Ministerof Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information providedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state.
