The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe "Company") hereby announces that on February 17, 2026, the Companyreceived a resignation from Supervisory Board member KrzysztofKrólikowski. According to the resignation, it was submitted for personalreasons that prevent him from continuing to perform his duties.
