The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs that on January 22, 2024, from a member ofthe Supervisory Board, Mr. Maksymilian Graś, a declaration ofresignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company.

According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
