The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs that today, i.e. January 24th, 2024, thePresident of the Management Board, Mr. Robert Szmitkowski, submitted adeclaration of resignation from the position of President of theManagement Board, effective on the day preceding the next GeneralMeeting of the Company.

According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
