ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;),hereby informs that at the meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board onApril 9, 2024, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution toelect Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski as the Chairman of the Company'sSupervisory Board. and on the appointment of Mr. Robert Szmitkowski asVice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Due to the above, the current composition of the Company's SupervisoryBoard is as follows:

1. Mr. Wielkosław Staniszewski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

2. Mr. Robert Szmitkowski as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board

3. Mrs. Grażyna Brewczyńska as a Member of the Supervisory Board

5. Mr. Sebastian Bryła as a Member of the Supervisory Board

6. Mr. Mariusz Niemyjski as a Member of the Supervisory Board
