Subject: appointment of a new composition of the Audit Committee

Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering -current and periodic information

ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;),hereby informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company at its meetingon April 9, 2024 decided to appoint an Audit Committee with thefollowing composition:

Mariusz Niemyjski - Chairman of the Audit Committee

Sebastian Bryła - Member of the Audit Committee

Robert Szmitkowski - Member of the Audit Committee

The Audit Committee in the composition indicated above meets theindependence criteria and other requirements specified in Art. 128section 1 and art. 129 section 1, 3, 5 and 6 of the Act on StatutoryAuditors, i.e. at least one member of the Audit Committee has knowledgeand skills in the field of accounting or auditing financial statements;at least one member of the Audit Committee has knowledge and skills inthe Company's industry, and most members of the Audit Committee,including its Chairman, are independent of the Company.
