The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs that today, i.e. November 10, 2023, thePresident of the Management Board, Mr. Bartłomiej Bartula, submitted adeclaration of resignation from his function and membership in theManagement Board, effective as of November 17, 2023

According to the resignation, it was submitted due to Mr. BartłomiejBartula taking up the position of a management board member in anothercompany of the Playway S.A. group, which, in his opinion, will make itimpossible to dedicate himself and fully focus on the implementation oftasks at ManyDev Studio SE.
