The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs that today, i.e. December 11, 2023, theCompany received from the member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. LechKlimkowski, a declaration of resignation from the position of member ofthe Supervisory Board of the Company and a member of the audit committee.

According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
