Management Board of Mabion S.A. ("Company")hereby informs that onDecember 23, 2020, the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW")issued a declaration of conditional registration in the securitiesdepository, under the ISIN code PLMBION00016, of 500 ordinary bearerseries S shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 eachshare. The condition for registering the shares of the above-mentionedseries is their introduction to trading on the regulated market whereother Issuer's shares marked with the above-mentioned with the ISIN code.

Registration of the above-mentioned series S shares will take placewithin 3 days of receipt by the National Depository of Securities of thedecision to introduce them to trading on the above-mentioned regulatedmarket, not earlier, however, than on the date indicated in the decisionas the day of introducing these shares to trading on that regulatedmarket.

The company reminds that the issue of series S shares took place in theimplementation of resolution No. 25 / VI / 2018 of the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company of June 28, 2018 on the issue for theimplementation of the Incentive Program, series A and B subscriptionwarrants with the waiving of the pre-emptive rights of the existingshareholders, entitling to take up series R shares and series S sharesand a conditional increase of the share capital by issuing series Rshares and series S shares, waiving the existing shareholders of thepre-emptive right and the related amendment to the Company's Articles ofAssociation. Previously, the Company informed about the registration of9,500 series S shares in the securities depository in the current reportNo. 6/2020 of January 27, 2020.
