With reference to current reports No. 34/2020 of September 14, 2020 andNo. 42/2020 of October 29, 2020 regarding the Memorandum ofUnderstanding ("MoU") concluded by Mabion S.A. (The "Company") withVaxine Pty Ltd. concerning cooperation in the field of Covax-19 ™, apotential vaccine for Covid-19, the Management Board announces that onNovember 30, 2020 the parties to the agreement extended the expiry dateof the MoU until January 31, 2021.
Currently, the companies, as part of their cooperation, focus oncommencing exploratory research in the Company's laboratories on theSARS-CoV-2 vaccine antigen and on securing financing of the project fromgovernment institutions of individual countries or EU funds.
