("the Company") hereby announcesthat on April 20, 2026, it received from Mr. Maciej Wieczorek andGlatton Sp. z o.o. notifications regarding a change in the share of thetotal number of votes in the Company, submitted pursuant to Art. 69 ofthe Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offerings and the Conditions forIntroducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on PublicCompanies, as well as corrections to the said notifications.
The Company attaches the content of the received notifications and thecontent of the finally corrected notifications to this current report.
