(the "Company") hereby announcesthat on February 20, 2026, it received a notification from Mr. GregorKawaletz, President of the Company's Management Board, regarding thepurchase of a total of 23,866 shares in the Company on February 18 and19, 2026, prepared pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR Regulation.
