Title of the report: Resignation of aMember of the Management Board of the CompanyContentof the report:Management Board of Mabion S.A. ("Company")informs that today Mr. Jarosław Walczak made a declaration ofresignation from the function of a Member of the Management Board of theCompany as of the date of resignation. Mr. Jarosław Walczak did notindicate the reasons for his resignation.

The Management Board of the Company informs that the resignation of Mr.Jarosław Walczak is in line with the reorganization of work in theManagement Board of the Company commenced in March this year andconsisting in the transfer of responsibilities in the field ofsupervision of the regulatory area (pharmaceutical regulations, clinicaltrial regulations, supervision of drug registration) within theManagement Board directly to the present President of the ManagementBoard, Mr. Dirk Kreder.

The Management Board thanks Mr. Walczak for his many years of ablesupport from the early days of the Company until today. In particular,Mr. Kreder thanks Mr. Walczak for the close and friendly collaborationduring the transition period.
