Future strategy
The Company will continue the development plan of the previous year. Apart from the joint construction of Zhubei Project, the urban renewal project near Peitou MRT Station will continue and the land for urban planning has been levied at the section of Puchi, Banqiao, New Taipei City, obtaining about 2,500 pings land, we are still actively looking for suitable sites for development in Taipei and New Taipei city area.
