Skjalg S. Stavheim, Managing Director of Hexagon Ragasco and primary insider,

has today bought 11,130 shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at the average price of

NOK 22.46 per share. This transaction is a mandated part of the Group's

incentive scheme for the executive management.

After the transaction Skjalg S. Stavheim holds 144,715 shares in the company.
