Pursuant to article 125-ter of the T.U.F. regulations and to article 84-ter RE, please be advised that the Illustrative Reports of the Board of Directors on the points on the shareholders meeting's agenda, including the explanatory report about the amendment to the By-laws, prepared pursuant to the format n. 3 of Annex 3A RE are available since today at Gefran SpA's registered office, on the company's website www.gefran.com in the "investor relations/shareholders meetings".
The documentation is also available on the authorized storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.
