Si comunica che, con riferimento all'Assemblea dei soci convocata in unica convocazione per il giorno 23 aprile 2026, sono pervenute tre liste di candidati per il rinnovo del Consiglio di Amministrazione.

FILING OF THE LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled in sole call on 23 April 2026, please note that three lists of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Directors have been received.

The lists, jointly with the documentation required by current regulations and the Articles of Association, are available since today at Gefran S.p.A.'s registered office, in Provaglio d'Iseo, Via Sebina 74, on the company's website www.gefran.com in the Investor relations / Governance / Shareholders' Meetings section and on the authorized storage system managed by Computershare S.p.A.
