GEFRAN SPA: UPDATE OF COMPANY'S BY-LAWS AND OF THE REGULATION OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETINGS
Provaglio d'Iseo 17 October 2017 - The Shareholders' Meeting of Gefran S.p.A. chaired by Ennio Franceschetti held today and approved in the extraordinary session the proposal for the amendment of articles 11, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the Company's By-Laws and in the ordinary session the update of the Regulation of the shareholders' meetings.
The amendments introduced represent an important step in the evolution of the governance of the Company and concern in particular the possibility to appoint an Honorary Chairman - chosen among persons who contributed to the affirmation and to the development of the company – as well as to appoint several Vice Chairmen, up to a maximum of three.
The updated By-laws and the minutes of the Shareholders meeting will be available to the public with timings and manners in compliance with current regulations.
