Sale of vessel

Eidesvik Shipping AS a subsidary of Eidesvik

Offshore ASA has today signed a MoA for the sale of

the seismic vessel Viking II to a unnamed buyer. The

deposit has been lodged and the delivery will take

place in Q3/Q4 2015. The sale is done close to book

value of the vessel.

The vessel will not be used for seismic work with

the new owner.
