EIDESVIK OFFSHORE 1st QUARTER 2016

In 1st Quarter 2016 Eidesvik Offshore ASA had

consolidated operating income of MNOK 193,3 (MNOK

278,5 in the corresponding period in 2015, whereof

MNOK 22,2 was related to termination of contract for

the seismic vessel "Vantage"). Operating profit before

depreciations (EBITDA) was MNOK 93,6 (MNOK 167,1), and

operating profit (EBIT) was MNOK 40,1 (MNOK 106,1).

Net financial items was MNOK 79,7 (MNOK -209,8).

Profit after tax was MNOK 119,6 (MNOK -103,9).
