STRONG RESULTS 2ND QUARTER 2015

In 2nd Quarter 2015 Eidesvik Offshore ASA had

consolidated operating income of MNOK 308,5. In 2nd

Quarter 2014 the operating income was MNOK 245,7.

Operating profit before depreciations (EBITDA) was

MNOK 177,7 compared to MNOK 124,0 last year.

Operating profit (EBIT) was MNOK 113,6 compared to

MNOK 63,4 last year. Profit after tax was MNOK 144,7

(MNOK -1,9).

1st half year of 2015 total operating income was

MNOK 587,0, corresponding MNOK 466,2 last year.

EBITDA was MNOK 344,9, corresponding MNOK 212,6 last

year and EBIT was MNOK 219,9 corresponding last

years MNOK 90,1. Profit after taxes in 1st half 2015

was MNOK 40,8 corresponding MNOK 30,8 in 1st half

The profit in the Quarter is significantly positive

influenced by profit from the Construction vessel

Viking Neptun that was delivered in the beginning of

2015. Two Supply vessels have been traded in the

spot market and have had negative influence on the

profit. One of these are no on contract and the

other one in layup. Realized and unrealized currency

on loan and derivatives have been recorded with a

total loss of MNOK 113,4 in 1st half of 2015.
