EIOF - Refinancing of debt completed

Reference is made to the Stock Exchange release on February 22, 2023 regarding the credit approved term sheet for refinancing of Eidesvik Offshore ASA’s debt (the "Release").

The final documentation is now completed as further described in the Release, and the new terms for the company's financing have become effective.
