CFO resigns

CFO resigns

Chief Financial Officer Svein Ove Enerstvedt has today

notified the company of his resignation from his

position in Eidesvik Offshore. The reason for the

resignation is Enerstvedts family situation.

Enerstvedt will continue to serve in the position

until further notice.
