THE BOARD APPROVAL OF THE 2013 FINAL ACCOUNTS

The Board of Directors of Eidesvik Offshore ASA has

today approved the annual accounts for 2013. Final

account statement is in accordance with preliminary

accounts published on 27th of February 2014. The

board has decided to present the final audited

accounts to the ordinary general assembly on 15th of

May 2014, and propose a dividend of NOK 1,00 per

share expected to be paid 29th of May 2014.
