THE BOARD APPROVAL OF THE 2009 FINAL ACCOUNTS

The Board of Directors of Eidesvik Offshore ASA has

approved the annual accounts for 2009. Final account

statement is in accordance with preliminary accounts

published on 27th February 2010. The board has agreed

to present the final audited accounts to the ordinary

general assembly on 20th May 2010, and proposed

ordinary dividend of NOK 0,50 per share expected to be

paid 3rd of June 2010.
