The Supervisory Board of the company under the business name "Captor Therapeutics" S.A. with its registered seat in Wrocław (54–427), ul. Duńska 11, entered into the register of business entities of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under the number KRS 0000756383, NIP 8943071259, REGON 363381765 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), resolves as follows:

The Company's Supervisory Board hereby gives a favorable opinion on the draft resolutions of the Company's Ordinary General Meeting attached as Schedule 1 hereto.

The resolution has been adopted in writing, pursuant to § 30 sec. 5 of the Articles of Association of the Company.

The resolution enters into force upon its adoption. Uchwała wchodzi w życie z chwilą jej podjęcia.

Rada Nadzorcza spółki pod firmą "Captor Therapeutics" S.A., z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (54–427), ul. Duńska 11, wpisanej do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla Wrocławia-Fabrycznej we Wrocławiu, VI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS 0000756383, NIP 8943071259, REGON 363381765 (zwanej dalej "Spółką") uchwala, co następuje:

Rada Nadzorcza Spółki niniejszym pozytywnie opiniuje projekty uchwał Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki, stanowiące Załącznik nr 1 do niniejszej uchwały.

Uchwała została podjęta w trybie pisemnym, na podstawie § 30 ust. 5 statutu Spółki.
