I. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- for the first quarter of 2022 -May 30, 2022

- for the third quarter of 2022 -November 29, 2022

II. Annual report and consolidatedannual report for 2021 - 29 April 2022

III. Consolidated semi-annual reportfor the first half of 2022 - September 30, 2022.

At the same time, the Issuer informsthat, acting pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Ministerof Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationprovided by the issuer of securities and conditions deemed equivalent toinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (_quot;Regulation_quot;),the Company will not submit consolidated quarterly reports (QSr ) forthe fourth quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2022.

The Issuer also informs thatpursuant to § 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation, in 2022 the Companywill include quarterly financial information in its consolidatedquarterly reports, and in the consolidated semi-annual report -abbreviated semi-annual financial statements together with the report ofthe entity authorized to audit financial statements on the review ofthis report.
