Management Board of i2 Development S.A. ("Company","Issuer") discloses selected estimated consolidated and separatedfinancial information as at December 31, 2019.

The value of the Issuer's liabilities as at December31, 2019, understood as the sum of short-term liabilities and long-termliabilities, amounted to PLN 511,118 thousand PLN, including:

- current liabilities due to loans, borrowings, bondsand leasing: PLN 96,784 thousand PLN,

- long-term liabilities due to loans and borrowings,bonds and leasing: 402,339 thousand PLN,

- overdue liabilities: 129 thousand PLN

The value of consolidated liabilities of the Issuer'sGroup as at December 31, 2019, understood as the sum of short-termliabilities and long-term liabilities, amounted to PLN 338,155 thousandPLN, including:

- current liabilities due to loans, borrowings, bondsand leasing: 90,565 thousand PLN,

- long-term liabilities due to loans and borrowings,bonds and leasing: 105,714 thousand PLN,

- overdue liabilities: 4,167 thousand PLN

The above estimated financial data have not beenaudited by a certified auditor. They are estimates and may change anddiffer from the values ​​that will be published in the consolidated andseparate financial statements for 2019.
