Subject: Conclusion of an agreementterminating the investment agreement concluded with YIT

With reference to the informationprovided in Current Report No. 59/2018 of December 11, 2018,supplemented with Current Report No. 3/2019 of January 16, 2019,regarding the conclusion by i2 Development S.A. with its registeredoffice in Wrocław ("the Company") and its subsidiary i2 Developmentspółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością P2 sp.k. based in Wrocław ("i2Development sp. z o.o. P2 sp.k.") and YIT Development sp. z o.o. withits registered office in Warsaw (the "Investor") of the investmentagreement on December 11, 2018 regarding their joint investment in aspecial purpose vehicle ("Special Purpose Vehicle") and its subsidiaries("Investment Agreement"), the Company's Management Board informs thatthe Company, i2 Development sp. o.o. P2 sp.k. and the Investor concludedan agreement terminating the Investment Agreement on 18 June 2019 (the"Agreement").
