UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION: Currentreport no. 60/2019Subject:Conclusion of the contract for the purchase of real estate by a companyfrom the i2 Development S.A. capital groupManagementBoard of i2 Development S.A. ("The Issuer"), with reference to thecurrent reports no. 61/2018 of December 12, 2018 and no. 57/2019 ofDecember 31, 2019, informs that on December 20, 2019 an indirectsubsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. i2 sp. z o. o Stalowa sp.k. seated inWrocław concluded a contract for the purchase of the right of perpetualusufruct of built-up real estate consisting of a plot no. 13/18 with anarea of ​​0.2102 ha, located in Wrocław at Grabiszyńska Street ("RealEstate"). The purchase price of the Real Estate was PLN 3,690,000 grossand has already been paid.

At the same time, the Issuerindicates, that the Property borders with the property on which theIssuer concluded a preliminary contract, about which he reported incurrent reports no. 27/2018 of May 15, 2018 and no. 57/2019 of October31, 2019, and whose acquisition is planned on February 28, 2020. On bothproperties, an investment project is being prepared, involving theconstruction of a residential and service building with approximately280 units.
