The Management Board of i2Development S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that it received, onSeptember 2, 2021, notifications from the Company's shareholders actingpursuant to Art. 69 and 69 lit. a of the Act of July 29, 2005 on publicoffering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to anorganized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of2013, No. 0, item 1382, as amended).According to the notificationsreceived:- AcicoInvestments Limited announced an increase in the ownership and share inthe total number of votes in the Company to the level of 45.11%,-Mr. Marcin Misztal informed about increasing his indirect ownership andshare in the total number of votes of the Company to the level of 45.11%.-Galtoco Investments Limited announced an increase in the ownership andshare in the total number of votes in the Company to the level of 45.29%,-Mr. Andrzej Kowalski informed about increasing his direct and indirectownership and share in the total number of votes in the Company to thelevel of 45.32%.Thetransaction took place on August 30, 2021 as a result of the conclusionof contracts outside organized trading.
