Zarząd i2 Development S.A. ("Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 25 maja 2018 r. Zarząd podjął uchwałę w przedmiocie zmiany Regulaminu Zarządu oraz przyjęcia nowego tekstu jednolitego Regulaminu Zarządu, zaś Rada Nadzorcza w głosowaniu zakończonym w dniu 6.06.2018 r. zatwierdziła przedmiotowe zmiany.

Zmianie uległa treść § 10, § 13 ust. 1 oraz § 16 Regulaminu Zarządu.

Tekst jednolity Regulaminu Zarządu, uwzględniający wprowadzone przez Zarząd i zatwierdzone przez Radę Nadzorczą zmiany, zostanie zamieszczony na stronie internetowej Spółki (www.i2development.pl) w zakładce Relacje Inwestorskie/ Ład korporacyjny.
