- received from an entity closelyrelated to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, ieAndrzej Kowalski, Member of the Supervisory Board, a notification of thetransaction pursuant to Art. 19 paragraph 1 MAR. According to thenotifications, Galtoco Investments Limited, based in Nicosia, informedabout the acquisition of 159 675 shares of the Issuer outside theorganized trading on August 30, 2021 at the price of PLN 11.25 and theacquisition of the shares outside the organized trading on August 31,2021, 16 790 shares Of the Issuer at the price of PLN 11.00.

- received from an entity closelyrelated to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, ie MarcinMisztal, President of the Management Board, a notification of thetransaction pursuant to Art. 19 paragraph 1 MAR. According to thenotification, Acico Investments Limited, based in Nicosia, informedabout the purchase of 159,676 shares of the Issuer at the price of PLN11.25 outside the organized trading on August 30, 2021 and theacquisition of 16,790 shares outside the organized trading on August 31,2021 Of the Issuer at the price of PLN 11.00.
